Description: My inspiration for my work is from many types of tropical flowers, specifically the plumeria, but they are not native to Florida, so I found the magnolia flower because it gives off a calming feeling which I enjoy. The process of creating the flower began with cardboard petals, and then I added a plastic petal to fill out the center. Next I got a green detergent bottle and mountain dew bottle to cut the shapes of the leaves. Ribbons were added to the support and painted green.
