Description: Toxic waters: My sculpture represents the death of whales by the pollution and the trash in the water, making the whales die of starvation. These materials made me think of how recyclables can be used to make art that teaches about our environment. I made my sculpture about whales dying of trash, because people don’t throw trash away, and it ends up in the ocean for sea creatures and other animals to eat, causing them to die afterwards.
