Description: The Bold Water: My name is Ja'leah Love and I am a 7th grade student at Progress Village Middle Magnet School of The Arts. My water themed Doodads Sculpture is titled, "The Bold Water." I created a monochromatically painted scene created with air dry clay. The scene includes a rowboat, sign with life saver ring, and a board with a map. I created the water from fabric and ribbon using various shades of blue. The foundation of the sculpture is a delivery box with fabric boarder. The water is dynamic while the scene is static, this highlights that water is paramount in our everyday lives. Sculpting all the details of my work was my favorite part of the project.
