Wild Space Gallery DooDad Birds Exhibition

After serving as a DooDad judge this year, Wild Space Gallery Director Leslie Elsasser was so impressed by the creativity of our student artists that she personally selected 12 bird-themed sculptures for a special exhibition at Wild Space Gallery. Wild Space Gallery is founded by the Florida Wildlife Corridor Foundation and located in the Warehouse Arts District of St. Petersburg, Florida. As an extension of the Foundation’s mission, Wild Space Gallery advances awareness of conservation issues within the state of Florida. Exhibits rotate regularly and are presented in an open showcase setting. The gallery features the works of locally and nationally renowned artists whose varied stories display an appreciation of nature and its transformative power to connect, heal, and endure.

This intimate showcase in St. Petersburg offers a beautiful finale to the 2026 DooDad exhibition series:  highlighting the elegance, whimsy, and thoughtful craftsmanship of these young artists.

Join us  March 27–28 to see these sculptural birds take flight in a gallery setting. It’s a lovely way to close out this year’s journey.
